This 32-storey premium grade commercial tower is located in Brisbane's CBD. It has a 76,436m2 GFA with a green star 6 rating.
The works involves the detailed design development, construction methodology, fabrication and erection of the structural steel elements of the building, with specific reference to the level 5 jump start steel-composite structure. The structure jumps 25 metres from ground floor without the reliance of the concrete core. This methodology allows commencement of construction of levels 6 to 32, while the unique podium levels 1 to 4 are being built simultaneously i.e. top down construction. Other works include the roof crown and the hung-veil structure using glass and structural steel.
